Role Overview
As a Sales Ambassador for Cartier, you will embody the spirit of the Maison by delivering exceptional client experiences and consistently achieving or surpassing sales goals. This role requires a proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships while actively supporting the daily operations of the boutique. As a key representative of the brand, you will ensure every touchpoint reflects Cartier’s commitment to excellence, luxury, and personalized service.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance

Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets as set by management.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience by tailoring your approach to individual client needs and motivations.

Confidently handle client objections and negotiations in a professional manner.

Provide ongoing support for after-sales clients in alignment with Maison values.

Stay informed on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.
Client Relationship Management

Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients through personalized service and attention.

Accurately capture and update client data to enhance future interactions and build long-term loyalty.

Resolve client concerns effectively and escalate complex issues to management as necessary.

Collaborate with the boutique team and leadership on in-store clienteling strategies and events.
Boutique Operations

Adhere to all operational and security policies and procedures.

Assist with daily opening and closing routines, reporting any issues to management.

Support visual merchandising efforts and maintain both displays and stockroom organization.

Participate in inventory counts, including daily, cycle, and annual inventories.

Contribute to special projects as needed (e.g., pricing updates, back-office support).
Qualifications
Education
-
College degree preferred.
Experience
-
2–5 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end service, or hospitality.

General understanding of watch movements is a plus.
Technical Skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Proficient with computers and the internet; MS Office required, SAP preferred.

Compensation & Benefits – U.S.
