3 Dimensions School, part of Options Autism and the Outcomes First Group, is a growing specialist school for pupils with a wide range of SEN including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and more. We now operate across two sites and provide tailored education and care to neurodivergent children and young people aged 7 to 19.
Located within commuting distance of Chard, Ilminster, and Honiton, the school combines strong values, teamwork, and a child-centred approach to learning and support.
The Role: Vocational Skills Tutor
Join a close-knit team dedicated to transforming lives. As a Vocational Skills Tutor, you’ll play a key role in delivering life skills and personal development programmes—particularly focusing on ASDAN and Duke of Edinburgh activities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in both classroom and outdoor learning settings.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead vocational activities in line with ASDAN and Duke of Edinburgh schemes

Prepare daily schedules and manage vocational programmes

Track and report attendance and engagement

Support students’ personal growth and key life skills

Attend and contribute to reviews and planning meetings

Prior experience with ASDAN/DofE delivery is a bonus but not required
