What You’ll Do

Operate as a 100% hunter, proactively identifying and engaging with small business owners to introduce Fiserv’s Clover solutions.

Leverage partnerships with non-bank entities to generate leads and initiate in-person conversations with prospective clients.

Schedule and conduct on-site meetings at restaurants and local businesses to assess needs, demonstrate product capabilities, and present customized Clover solutions.

Use consultative sales strategies to convert leads into clients, while driving revenue through personalized, in-depth product education.

Personally install Clover POS systems and deliver hands-on training to ensure smooth setup and effective usage.

Embody Fiserv’s core values by maintaining high ethical standards and developing genuine relationships with clients and team members.

Travel regularly within the Bakersfield, CA area to meet with potential clients and support sales efforts through face-to-face interactions.
What You Need to Have

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment.

At least 2 years of cold calling and prospecting experience.

Proven ability to independently generate leads and close deals with small to mid-sized businesses.
What Would Be Great to Have

3+ years of sales experience, ideally in a tech or POS-focused role.

A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Compensation
-
Salary Range: $39,600 – $92,400 (Applicable to candidates in CA, IL, and DC; ranges may vary by location.)

Commission-eligible role, with earnings based on performance in accordance with Fiserv’s Sales Compensation Plan.
