Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

Demonstrated Experience Should Include:

• Leading development teams to build AI and Generative AI solutions—covering tasks such as model development, prompt engineering, programming (e.g., Python), testing, integration (front- and back-end), and iterative collaboration with clients.

• Documenting business processes and identifying AI/GenAI opportunities, including requirement gathering and solution design.

• Partnering with clients to understand business problems and apply appropriate AI/GenAI models and methodologies.

• Designing AI architectures for applications such as ChatClient plugins or custom GenAI systems.

• Managing structured and unstructured data pipelines—including embedding large text corpora, auto-generating SQL, and connecting to data sources.

• Overseeing global data and analytics teams, reviewing model outputs, and offering analytical insights.

• Leading development and deployment of PoCs, pilots, and production-ready solutions with cross-functional teams.

• Conducting executive presentations to showcase GenAI development progress and strategic value.

• Preparing and delivering impactful client presentations.

• Mentoring and guiding associates and senior associates on performance and development.

Technical Proficiency Should Include:

• Leading GenAI app development, with integrated back-end and front-end solutions.

• Programming in Python (e.g., Pandas, NLTK, Scikit-learn, Keras) and using LLM development frameworks like LangChain or Semantic Kernel.

• Utilizing both relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.

• Applying machine learning, deep learning, and optimization techniques.

• Working with vectorization, embeddings, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

• Familiarity with Git version control, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
