Job Description

We are seeking a Data Analyst with 2–3 years of experience in data reporting, dashboard development, and analytical support. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys deriving insights from structured data and working closely with business teams to guide strategic decision-making.
You will be responsible for developing reports, identifying trends, and ensuring accurate data interpretation using tools like Excel, SQL, and business intelligence dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights
Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and recurring reports
Partner with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and key performance metrics
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
Communicate analytical findings in a clear, concise, and actionable format

Qualifications:

2–3 years of experience in a data analysis or reporting role
Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Excel
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred
Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
