Position Summary
Methode Electronics is seeking a dynamic Global Finance Manager to lead transformation efforts across its financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function. This strategic role will drive operational efficiency, enhance financial insights, and support global business objectives by modernizing processes and building scalable, data-driven reporting frameworks.
Key Responsibilities

Champion and lead organizational change initiatives focused on standardizing and optimizing financial processes across business units.

Partner with divisional finance leaders and cross-functional teams to align strategies and meet enterprise-wide objectives.

Apply advanced FP&A methodologies and stay ahead of industry trends to build world-class financial planning practices across the organization.

Create an agile, transparent, and structured planning process with defined responsibilities and deliverables.

Develop and roll out management reporting systems that provide real-time insights to inform executive-level decision-making.

Monitor leading market indicators to forecast shifts and develop contingency plans to support business agility.

Integrate emerging financial technologies to enhance the efficiency and impact of the FP&A function.

Generate detailed profitability analyses by product and customer to support strategic initiatives across all divisions.

Translate complex financial data into meaningful insights to guide leadership on key business decisions.

Take ownership of financial modeling for key projects, including M&A evaluations, strategic planning, and operational assessments.

Oversee and maintain the budgeting process for corporate functional departments, ensuring alignment with overall goals.

Cultivate collaboration across a geographically dispersed finance team, promoting a unified, high-performance culture.

Collaborate with operational teams to align financial goals with business performance and strategic priorities.

Drive continuous improvement by utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.

Uphold a culture rooted in integrity, compliance, and transparency, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and corporate policies.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (required).

A minimum of 5 years of progressive FP&A experience in a complex, global industrial setting.

Strong background in financial modeling and managing corporate department budgets.

Demonstrated ability to lead change and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Hands-on experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., OneStream), particularly for consolidation and reporting.

Willingness to travel to divisional and manufacturing locations as needed.
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary Range: $108,000 – $145,000 (based on experience, location, and qualifications)
