Your Role: Making a Difference as a Credit Assistant Manager
As a Credit Assistant Manager, your role goes beyond transactions—you’re directly improving customers’ lives by giving them access to essential, high-quality products in a way that fits their lifestyle. You’ll bring professionalism, compassion, and dedication to every customer interaction.
What You’ll Do Each Day

Credit & Collections

Manage customer accounts with empathy and efficiency

Proactively follow up on overdue accounts to support business growth and revenue goals

Maintain accurate documentation and build strong customer relationships

Customer Experience

Provide exceptional service both in-store and at customer locations

Be a friendly, professional brand ambassador

Deliveries & Pickups

Safely deliver, install, and retrieve merchandise at customer homes

Follow all company procedures and safety protocols when handling products

Take pride in getting out of the store to directly support customers

Merchandising & Store Maintenance

Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and inviting

Maintain inventory presentation standards to reflect brand quality

Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment

Minimum Requirements
-
Experience: 1–3 years in retail, customer service, sales, or collections

Education: High school diploma or GED
-
Age: Must be at least 18 years old

License: Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record

Physical Capability: Able to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances

Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills
