With a capacity of 52,888, this iconic stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock is redefining matchday and event hospitality for Evertonians and visitors alike. As a Premium F&B Assistant, you’ll be on the front lines of creating an elevated guest experience, serving food and drink with professionalism, personality, and passion.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Premium Guest Experiences: Provide warm, engaging, and professional table service in hospitality suites, executive boxes, fine-dining restaurants, and VIP bar areas.

Customer Engagement: Greet guests, anticipate their needs, and respond promptly to requests to ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

Service Excellence: Take and deliver orders efficiently, offer menu knowledge and upsell items where appropriate, and ensure tables are maintained and reset to premium standards.

Operational Support: Assist with stock replenishment, maintain cleanliness and hygiene in both front and back-of-house areas, and ensure stations are set up for service success.

Payment Handling: Operate tills, process card and cash transactions securely and accurately.

Compliance & Licensing: Follow site protocols including Challenge 25 and all food safety, alcohol licensing, and health & safety guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:

Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or event catering environment is preferred, but not essential—enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key.

Team Player: You thrive in busy environments, work well under pressure, and enjoy being part of a high-performing team.

Strong Communication Skills: You’re confident, approachable, and capable of interacting with a diverse range of customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Positive Attitude: You bring energy, reliability, and a customer-first mindset to every shift.

Flexible Availability: Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays—especially on matchdays and during major events.
