About the Role
As the Senior Manager, HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with site leadership to deliver strategic HR solutions that align with both business needs and organizational goals. Acting as a proactive advisor, you will tailor and deploy HR initiatives and tools that effectively support your designated site’s workforce.
In this role, you’ll bring strong business acumen and an enterprise-wide perspective to the table—helping leaders align HR strategies with business objectives, leveraging data analytics for impactful decision-making, and driving workforce performance and engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior leadership to design, develop, and implement the site’s People Strategy.

Stay informed of HR trends, regulatory changes, best practices, and innovations in talent management and employment law.

Create and analyze key HR metrics and KPIs, working with plant leadership to identify and address areas of improvement.

Serve as the subject matter expert for labor relations, including collective bargaining, contract interpretation, grievance handling, and arbitrations.

Lead employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes, investigations, and terminations.

Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver targeted HR solutions aligned with site needs.

Participate in initiatives around employee engagement, performance, health and safety, and workforce development.

Support the advancement of diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in alignment with organizational values and culture.
About You
Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.

Master’s degree and/or HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
Experience:

7–10 years of progressive HR experience, either in generalist roles or across multiple HR disciplines.

Proven expertise in Labor Relations and Collective Bargaining is required.

Prior experience supporting manufacturing or plant environments is strongly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $135,637 – $169,547 annually (bonus eligible).
Final compensation is based on qualifications, experience, and alignment with role expectations.
