Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing guidance on performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.

Administer and ensure compliance with corporate policies and programs related to compensation, training, benefits, and regulatory compliance to support talent attraction, retention, and engagement.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records including personal information, compensation, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and employment status changes.

Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels, including EEO, AAP, and unemployment laws.

Act as a liaison between local operations and corporate or regional HR teams, ensuring consistent application of employment policies, employee relations practices, and compliance efforts.

Investigate and resolve employee complaints and workplace issues in a fair and timely manner.
Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with employees at all organizational levels.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate HR policies and strategies.
Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.

At least 3 years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, with exposure to a broad range of HR responsibilities.
