Job Overview

We are seeking a committed and experienced Restaurant Manager to take the lead at Cook’s Bar & Kitchen. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and a drive to deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll be instrumental in running the day-to-day operations, motivating staff, maintaining high standards, and ensuring an excellent dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily front-of-house operations

  • Lead, train, and support team members to perform at their best

  • Ensure a clean, organised, and compliant restaurant environment

  • Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment

  • Collaborate with kitchen team to refine and update menus

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly

  • Monitor budgeting and financial performance, implementing cost controls

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant manager or supervisor role

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Sound understanding of food hygiene and health & safety practices

  • Knowledge of kitchen operations and basic culinary techniques is a plus

  • Background in hotel or hospitality management is beneficial
