What You’ll Do

Design, enhance, and maintain time-series forecasting models and predictive analytics for key financial metrics such as revenue and annual recurring revenue (ARR).

Work with large, complex datasets to develop advanced analytics solutions that uncover strategic customer insights.

Lead cross-functional data science initiatives from conception through execution to support business processes and decision-making.

Develop deep expertise in Adobe Finance data and systems. Collaborate with Data Engineering, Finance, Revenue Operations, and other teams to build and refine critical data pipelines that drive insight generation.

Streamline standardized reporting by developing self-service dashboards and data products that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support informed decision-making by finance leadership.
What You Need to Succeed

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field, with 2+ years of experience in a data-intensive or analytical role.

Proficiency in Python or R, along with strong SQL skills.

Solid grounding in statistical methods and machine learning fundamentals, including linear regression; experience with time-series forecasting is a strong advantage.

Strong analytical skills with a track record of working with large, complex datasets.

Clear and compelling communication skills, with the ability to translate data into impactful narratives.

A proactive, inquisitive mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities and comfort working through ambiguity.

High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate results.

Proficiency in Excel, including experience with advanced formulas and data manipulation.

Compensation and Benefits
Adobe’s compensation is adjusted based on labor costs across different U.S. regions. The base salary range for this role is $109,000 to $192,400 annually, depending on location and individual qualifications. Your recruiter will provide specific salary details during the hiring process.

For sales positions: compensation includes base salary plus commissions (Total Target Compensation – TTC).

For non-sales roles: compensation includes a base salary plus eligibility for short-term incentives through the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

Some roles may also qualify for long-term equity-based incentives as part of a new hire package.
