Role Overview:
The Risk Intelligence Analyst plays a vital role in identifying, assessing, and responding to emerging threats and critical incidents that may impact the safety and security of personnel, assets, and operations. This position requires a high level of situational awareness, analytical expertise, and the ability to make swift, sound decisions—particularly in high-pressure, time-sensitive scenarios.
Areas of risk oversight include geopolitical and reputational threats, terrorism, civil unrest, criminal activity, political and economic instability, fraud, and emerging societal trends. Analysts are expected to manage dynamic situations independently and provide accurate, high-quality intelligence updates for senior leadership and operational teams across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor global events and conduct open-source intelligence gathering to detect and evaluate potential threats to people, property, or reputation.

Act as a central point of coordination for incident response and crisis management, ensuring timely and effective communication with internal stakeholders.

Lead initial decision-making and response coordination in critical situations, including during overnight shifts or without direct supervision.

Deploy and manage physical security resources to high-risk environments, such as law enforcement liaisons, private security personnel, or mobile security units.

Triage and respond to alarms and incidents, such as burglaries or other threats, ensuring appropriate escalation and support.

Monitor global travel risks, issue pre-trip advisories, and provide real-time support and resources to travelers facing threats abroad.

Create, refine, and distribute situational awareness communications and after-action reports related to major incidents or emerging trends.

Support enterprise-wide initiatives such as phishing awareness, fraud detection, or missed deposit investigations as part of broader threat awareness campaigns.

Draft and edit concise and informative safety communications tailored to various audiences, ensuring messaging reflects company values and priorities.

Execute established crisis response protocols, synthesizing information from technology platforms, field reports, and media outlets to support informed decision-making.

Collaborate across corporate and field departments to facilitate cohesive response strategies and ensure protocol adherence during major events.

Hold internal stakeholders accountable for timely updates and adherence to established procedures during crisis scenarios.
Team Development and Collaboration:
