Role Overview:
As a Senior Associate, you’ll collaborate with a team of problem solvers, contributing to the resolution of complex business challenges—from strategic planning to implementation. Basic Qualifications:

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree

Minimum Experience: 4 years of relevant professional experience
Preferred Certifications:

Professional certification in a leading cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
Candidates should possess strong expertise in several of the following areas:

Designing and executing data-driven strategies that drive business performance and decision-making optimization.

Developing enterprise-wide data governance and management frameworks aligned with organizational objectives.

Managing and refreshing data strategy programs and ensuring consistent alignment with business needs.

Experience in delivering strategy and transformation projects, especially within modern cloud data architecture frameworks.

Proficiency in cloud-native data integration and storage technologies (e.g., AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, Event Hub, Databricks, Redshift, Synapse, BigQuery, Snowflake).

Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

Deep understanding of data modeling and warehousing concepts including OLAP/OLTP, data vault modeling, and star/snowflake schemas.

Experience with big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, Scala, Kafka, and ETL platforms (e.g., Matillion, IICS, SnapLogic).

Strong command of SQL, Python, and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos.

Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML models, with knowledge of ML Ops processes.

Knowledge of enterprise data systems such as Master Data Management (MDM), enterprise data warehouses, and data governance frameworks.

Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Prior experience working with insurance industry data, particularly within Property & Casualty (P&C) or Life & Annuity (L&A) sectors.
Additional Preferred Experience:

Prior consulting experience with a Big 4 firm or similar consulting environment, ideally from strategy to execution.
