Role Overview
RLB is looking for a skilled Document Controller to support high-profile, large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. You will manage documentation workflows, ensure document accuracy and compliance, and support internal and external stakeholders with reliable access to key project files.
Key Responsibilities

Review, edit, and manage project documents (e.g., drawings, contracts, manuals)

Distribute electronic and hard copies to relevant teams

Maintain document control systems, templates, and digital filing structures

Track document versions and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data

Create ad-hoc reports and support project coordination as required
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a construction-related field

Experience as a Document Controller in the construction sector

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage workflows

Familiarity with construction consultancies or contractors is preferred
