Role Overview

RLB is looking for a skilled Document Controller to support high-profile, large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. You will manage documentation workflows, ensure document accuracy and compliance, and support internal and external stakeholders with reliable access to key project files.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, edit, and manage project documents (e.g., drawings, contracts, manuals)

  • Distribute electronic and hard copies to relevant teams

  • Maintain document control systems, templates, and digital filing structures

  • Track document versions and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data

  • Create ad-hoc reports and support project coordination as required

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a construction-related field

  • Experience as a Document Controller in the construction sector

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage workflows

  • Familiarity with construction consultancies or contractors is preferred
