Key Responsibilities

  • Field Prospecting: Conduct daily in-person prospecting activities to identify and engage potential customers.

  • Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Entrepreneurial Approach: Operate independently within your territory while collaborating cross-functionally to develop and implement successful sales strategies that generate new business.

  • Product & Industry Expertise: Commit to ongoing learning about our solutions and the broader industry through available training and development resources.

  • CRM Management: Accurately document all leads, activities, and pipeline information in the CRM system to support reliable forecasting.

  • Sales Tools Utilization: Leverage available sales resources—including collateral, presentations, pricing tools, contracts, CRM systems, and the Sales Playbook—to effectively drive deals to close.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Coachability: Receptive to feedback with a willingness to apply it for continuous improvement.

  • Consultative Selling: Strong ability to listen actively and propose tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Resilience & Drive: Demonstrated persistence and motivation to achieve or surpass sales goals.

  • Cold Calling Experience: Comfortable with high volumes of face-to-face cold calling and lead generation.

  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for both customer interactions and internal collaboration.

  • Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM platforms.

  • Travel Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and appropriate insurance. Daily travel within your assigned territory is required, with occasional overnight trips.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven Sales Success: Prior field sales experience with a solid track record of prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing new business is strongly preferred.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience selling into the restaurant or hospitality sector is a plus.
