Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and secure meetings with key decision-makers through in-person visits, phone outreach, networking, and other sales channels. Promptly respond to leads generated through marketing using provided conversation guides and qualification criteria.

  • Account Strategy & Planning: Develop strategic account plans by identifying customer needs and aligning Amsino’s value propositions and solutions accordingly.

  • Product Knowledge & Presentations: Maintain working knowledge of Amsino’s product portfolio—particularly in acute care—and effectively communicate product benefits during sales meetings, trade shows, and vendor fairs. Confidently address objections and product-related questions.

  • Sales Performance & Revenue Growth: Drive top-line revenue by acquiring new customers in the acute care segment, while managing profit margins through strategic contract negotiations. Support business goals through effective forecasting, pipeline development, and CRM utilization.

  • Channel & Category Collaboration: Build strong relationships with channel partners, sales leadership, and category teams to support joint initiatives and territory goals.

  • Market Intelligence & Feedback: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics. Collect and share relevant insights including pricing intelligence and product feedback, and contribute to new product development and sales initiatives.


Core Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.

  • Experience: At least 2 years of B2B sales or sales support experience, ideally within the medical device or healthcare consumables industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Attributes: Customer-centric, proactive, collaborative, and adaptable. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Eager to learn and open to coaching and development.

  • Technology Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and CRM systems.


Travel Requirements

This is a full-time, exempt role that requires travel for customer visits, sales events, and industry-related functions.
