Key Responsibilities

Proactively generate new business opportunities for access control solutions through outbound calls, targeted email campaigns, and social media outreach.

Qualify and respond to inbound leads from various marketing channels, with an emphasis on access control inquiries.

Develop a strong technical understanding of ZKTeco’s access control hardware, software, and biometric reader technologies.

Deliver engaging virtual product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.

Collaborate with prospective clients to assess security requirements and recommend customized access control configurations.

Prepare and present accurate proposals and pricing for access control systems.

Negotiate contract terms and close deals to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with security integrators, resellers, and end-users.

Partner with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns targeting the access control market.

Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies within the access control space.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in inside sales is required; background in access control, physical security, or security technology is highly desirable.

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and explain access control systems, hardware, and software.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

Demonstrated success managing the entire sales cycle—from prospecting through closing.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of leads and opportunities effectively.

Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office applications.
