Position Overview
As the leader of one or more financial centers, you will be responsible for driving overall performance, achieving sales and service excellence, and fostering a culture of success. This role is centered on talent development, sales growth, community involvement, operational efficiency, and strategic leadership. You will play a key role in meeting and exceeding the center’s goals while contributing to Fulton Bank’s broader mission.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership

Lead financial center sales performance using Fulton’s sales methodology and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

Drive revenue growth by focusing on both new and existing consumer and small business clients.

Set clear performance expectations and development plans for team members to drive accountability and results.

Build meaningful client relationships through consistent engagement and personalized service.

Resolve complex customer issues professionally and efficiently.
Team Leadership & Coaching

Apply Fulton’s coaching frameworks to support team development and performance improvement.

Mentor employees through regular feedback, skill-building exercises, and tailored support to help them excel.

Create a culture of continuous learning and goal achievement.
Business Development & Community Engagement

Actively participate in local community and networking events to strengthen Fulton’s presence.

Cultivate relationships with individuals, small businesses, and community organizations to promote banking products and services.

Serve on community nonprofit boards or committees to represent Fulton as a trusted partner.
Operational Excellence

Ensure compliance with internal processes, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements.

Continuously assess operational efficiency to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.

Manage escalated customer concerns with professionalism and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Talent Management

Oversee recruiting, training, and performance management of financial center staff.

Assign and evaluate work, monitor volume and quality, and provide regular performance feedback.

Support career development through coaching, goal setting, and regular performance appraisals.
Strategic Leadership

Align team efforts with Fulton’s corporate initiatives and long-term strategies.

Lead through change and promote a positive, inclusive culture.

Collaborate with Commercial Banking and participate in cross-functional initiatives to drive innovation and improvement.

Represent the financial center in focus groups, task forces, and strategic projects.
Compliance & Accountability

Maintain thorough knowledge of and compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and training requirements.

Proactively identify and escalate compliance risks to appropriate leadership.
Qualifications
Education
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience (Required)
Experience
-
Minimum 5 years in banking, financial services, or a sales-related field (Required)

Minimum 3 years in a leadership role with experience in sales, operations, or risk management (Required)
Skills & Competencies

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and drive performance in a sales environment

Strong knowledge of small business banking products and services

Effective collaboration and communication skills

Enthusiasm and determination to achieve and exceed goals

Bilingual abilities are a plus (Preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary Range:
$61,500 – $102,500 annually, based on role scope, responsibilities, and candidate qualifications.
Incentive Compensation:
Eligible for a short-term performance-based bonus plan tied to individual and company success.
