Key Responsibilities:

Lead the execution of ongoing and new transactions within the Insurance Coverage team, contributing to the successful closing of high-impact deals.

Prepare and analyze complex financial models and sensitivity analyses based on management’s financial projections, with a focus on the Insurance and InsurTech sectors.

Draft and refine Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) and management presentations, including fireside chat materials, pitch decks, and detailed diligence exhibits tailored to investor and client needs.

Conduct valuation analyses, including sum-of-the-parts, comparable company (public comps), and precedent transaction methodologies, using market data platforms and SEC filings.

Assist in the drafting of fairness opinions and related supporting materials used during final bidding and negotiations.

Develop and execute advanced financial modeling using tools such as FactSet, SNL, Refinitiv, and Bloomberg, applying techniques like discounted cash flow (DCF) and dividend discount modeling (DDM) to evaluate deal economics.

Manage the buyer outreach and due diligence processes, including support during the negotiation of final terms for the Membership Interest Purchase Agreement (MPA).

Prepare both standalone and pro forma financial projections to assess financial viability and post-transaction outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field (or an equivalent qualification).

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in investment banking, with specific expertise in:

Financial modeling and sensitivity analysis for insurance and InsurTech clients.

Preparing CIMs, investor materials, and diligence documents.

Conducting valuation analyses using market data platforms and regulatory filings.

Supporting fairness opinions and final bid negotiations.

Collaborating across teams to manage outreach and transaction execution.

Strong command of data platforms such as FactSet, SNL, Refinitiv, Bloomberg.

In-depth experience with financial modeling, valuation tools, and transaction documentation.
Compensation:
-
Annual base salary range: $275,000 – $285,000.
