Key Responsibilities
Integrated Communications Planning:
Lead the development and execution of integrated, cross-agency marketing communication plans. Partner with agencies to deliver high-impact, consumer-driven campaigns.
Business Analysis & Insights:
Leverage syndicated data (e.g., panel/consumption data, shipment trends), market performance, financial metrics, and competitive insights to evaluate business health and inform strategic decisions.
Brand Strategy Execution:
Translate overarching brand strategy into actionable, channel-specific marketing plans and initiatives.
Packaging Development:
Oversee updates to core and promotional packaging, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and market needs.
Marketing Program Evaluation:
Assess marketing effectiveness through an ROI-driven lens. Provide clear optimization recommendations based on performance data.
Innovation & Commercialization:
Drive the end-to-end commercialization process for new and renovated products. This includes leading through the stage gate process, collaborating cross-functionally, ensuring seamless execution, and conducting post-launch analysis.
Qualifications & Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred

Minimum of 4 years of brand marketing experience, ideally within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry

Working Conditions
This role is primarily office-based, typically requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week during standard business hours. Flexibility may be necessary to meet deadlines or support special projects. Occasional travel may be required.
