What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Record daily lockbox deposits and compile supporting documentation

  • Import and apply various payment types (checks, cash, credit cards) into the accounting system

  • Maintain and update billing systems and forms; assist with preparation of annual billing statements

  • Process customer refunds for overpayments when necessary

  • Support invoice review and payment processing activities

  • Match vendor invoices to purchase orders and agreements, confirming goods/services were received

  • Verify timecard accuracy before issuing payments

  • Assist in improving accounting systems and processes, including new software implementations

  • Take on additional accounting tasks and special projects as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of recent experience in accounts receivable with a strong understanding of AR processes

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is required

  • Energetic, positive attitude with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

  • Strong team player who enjoys collaborating and offering new ideas

  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail

  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Comfortable working independently and with cross-functional teams

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma required

  • Some college coursework preferred
