Are you an ambitious and motivated sales professional with a passion for marketing and property? Stephensons, North Yorkshire’s largest and most established estate agency, is looking for a Marketing & Sales Consultant to join our dynamic York city centre team.

With over 150 years of industry expertise and a network of successful branches across the region, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and trusted guidance to clients at every step of their property journey.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a key member of the front-of-house team, you will play a vital role in both the marketing and sales side of the business. Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming and assisting clients and visitors to the branch

  • Managing marketing efforts for new listings: creating standout property adverts, digital content, and showroom materials

  • Attending pre-market vendor meetings and developing engaging property marketing materials

  • Negotiating offers to achieve the best results for our clients

  • Registering applicants and booking property valuations

  • Organising and managing property viewings

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers

  • Providing ongoing support and expert advice throughout the sales process

  • Delivering timely feedback to sellers and maintaining strong client communication

  • Supporting general administrative duties within the branch

  • Proven sales experience, with a creative flair for marketing

  • Target-driven, with a strong commercial mindset

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Positive, professional attitude and a proactive work ethic

  • Well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Passionate about property, people, and continuous development

  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

  • Competitive basic salary: £25,000–£28,000

  • Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £31,000–£34,000
