Orion UK, a premium lager originally brewed in Okinawa, Japan, is entering an exciting new phase. After a successful UK launch, we are now accelerating growth as part of a joint venture with Sunrise Alliance Beverages. We’re seeking a commercially focused, entrepreneurial Brand Ambassador to drive market expansion, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As our Brand Ambassador, you’ll be at the forefront of Orion’s UK growth strategy. You will:

Develop and execute revenue-driven commercial strategies focused on market expansion and profitability

Manage a dual-channel approach: targeting the Ethnic Channel while broadening appeal across the mainstream consumer base

Drive commercial partnerships, sales activations, and collaborative opportunities to strengthen market share

Analyse sales performance and consumer data to identify trends and adjust growth strategies

Align brand and trade marketing initiatives with commercial objectives for maximum ROI

Work closely with product development to ensure innovation meets market demand

Oversee sales and distribution planning to boost visibility across on-trade and off-trade channels

Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and white space

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment across all brand activities

Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and provide actionable performance reports

Act as a key liaison across sales, marketing, product, and event teams
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a commercial or brand leadership role—preferably within FMCG, beer, or the wider alcohol sector

Demonstrated success in revenue growth, partnerships, and market expansion

In-depth understanding of the UK drinks market and consumer dynamics

Strong data literacy—ability to extract insights and apply them to strategy

Commercially minded, creative, and highly collaborative

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
