Role Overview
At One Retail Group, the Social Marketing and Content Executive plays a key role in driving eCommerce revenue and brand growth through performance-led social media marketing. This hands-on role combines creativity with strategic thinking, working across social platforms to deliver results through both organic and paid campaigns.
You’ll be working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, closely aligned with the Digital Marketing Team and collaborating with creators, influencers, and internal brand managers.
Key Responsibilities

Manage Paid Social Campaigns

Assist in execution and optimisation of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads

Track performance metrics and apply learnings to improve ROI

Organic Social Media Management

Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube

Monitor engagement and analyse trends in platform performance

Content Creation & UGC
-
Source, brief, and manage UGC (User-Generated Content) creators

Coordinate with internal teams to maintain a consistent content pipeline

Test and refine creative formats based on audience and performance data

Strategy Support

Collaborate with the Social Marketing Specialist to develop content strategies for various brand campaigns

Stay on top of social trends and platform algorithm changes to adjust strategies proactively

Influencer Collaboration

Support influencer and content campaigns aimed at improving engagement and visibility

Help identify new influencer opportunities for brand partnerships

Reporting & Insights

Use internal reports and data dashboards to spot trends, evaluate campaign success, and identify growth opportunities

What They’re Looking For
-
Strong understanding of social platforms (especially Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube)

Experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads

Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities
-
Commercial mindset: sees how social media supports eCommerce sales

Bonus: Video content creation experience and/or mentoring experience

Enthusiastic, creative, and thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setting
