 Purpose of the Role

We’re seeking a Marketing Executive to support and lead campaign work across the UKTV portfolio. You’ll manage multi-channel campaigns, from concept to execution, helping bring our standout shows and brands to life.

You’ll work closely with media, comms, social, creative, programming, and commissioning teams—owning end-to-end campaign delivery while contributing to high-profile, award-winning initiatives.

 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and manage owned-channel marketing campaigns from brief to execution

  • Support large-scale, 360° campaigns involving paid media and agency collaboration

  • Work on brand-level campaigns to help shape long-term identity and reach

  • Write campaign briefs and feedback to creative and media partners

  • Collaborate with Insight teams to integrate audience research and measurement

  • Optimise and report on campaign performance, tying results to marketing KPIs

  • Partner with Programming, Commissioning, and external production teams

  • Take ownership of marketing functions such as reporting, finance tracking, and workflow updates

  • Stay up-to-date with media, content, and platform trends

  • Ensure all campaign materials are brand-safe and compliant

 What You Bring

Experience:

  • End-to-end campaign management across owned channels

  • Supporting multi-stakeholder, cross-platform campaigns (including paid media)

  • Handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge:

  • Solid grasp of the marketing funnel and media strategy

  • Confident interpreting data and insights to improve campaign effectiveness

  • A passion for television and launching new shows
