The Role: Customer Service Assistant
As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the action—making sure our guests have the best experience every time. Your day could involve:

Managing reception bookings and enquiries

Hosting escape rooms, karaoke rooms, and events

Running our Laser Arena or arcade zones

Preparing and serving drinks and food at the bar

Maintaining clean, fun, and safe facilities

Delivering amazing customer service with a smile
