What You’ll Do in This Role

Serve as a strategic advisor on HR matters related to plant operations, offering guidance and solutions.

Oversee employee relations, managing issues from identification through resolution.

Lead initiatives related to talent development, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, and development strategies.

Manage the full talent acquisition cycle, including job requisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes.

Oversee the implementation, compliance, and auditing of company policies and procedures.

Assess training needs and lead the design and delivery of employee development programs.

Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulatory standards.

Support cultural initiatives by leading assessments and helping implement action plans to drive positive change.

Direct year-end HR activities, including performance evaluations and salary planning.
What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of HR experience within a manufacturing or plant-based environment.

At least 5 years of experience managing direct reports in a plant setting.

Strong knowledge of employment regulations including ERISA, EEOC, and DOL standards.

Hands-on experience in compensation, benefits administration, market benchmarking, and organizational development.

Proven ability to manage projects effectively and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday, UKG, or similar platforms.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for future sponsorship.
Work Environment

On-site Requirement: This is a full-time, in-office position (5 days/week).

Relocation Assistance: Available for qualified candidates, with preference for those already local.
Compensation
-
Salary Range: $81,000 – $118,000 annually
Final compensation will depend on location, experience, qualifications, and internal equity in accordance with Conagra’s policies and applicable regulations.
