What You’ll Do in This Role

  • Serve as a strategic advisor on HR matters related to plant operations, offering guidance and solutions.

  • Oversee employee relations, managing issues from identification through resolution.

  • Lead initiatives related to talent development, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, and development strategies.

  • Manage the full talent acquisition cycle, including job requisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes.

  • Oversee the implementation, compliance, and auditing of company policies and procedures.

  • Assess training needs and lead the design and delivery of employee development programs.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulatory standards.

  • Support cultural initiatives by leading assessments and helping implement action plans to drive positive change.

  • Direct year-end HR activities, including performance evaluations and salary planning.


What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience within a manufacturing or plant-based environment.

  • At least 5 years of experience managing direct reports in a plant setting.

  • Strong knowledge of employment regulations including ERISA, EEOC, and DOL standards.

  • Hands-on experience in compensation, benefits administration, market benchmarking, and organizational development.

  • Proven ability to manage projects effectively and drive cross-functional collaboration.

  • Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday, UKG, or similar platforms.

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for future sponsorship.


Work Environment

  • On-site Requirement: This is a full-time, in-office position (5 days/week).

  • Relocation Assistance: Available for qualified candidates, with preference for those already local.


Compensation

  • Salary Range: $81,000 – $118,000 annually
    Final compensation will depend on location, experience, qualifications, and internal equity in accordance with Conagra’s policies and applicable regulations.
