Position Overview
At Pall Corporation, a part of Danaher, we are dedicated to solving complex global challenges in health, safety, and environmental protection. Our innovative filtration, separation, and purification solutions are used across a wide range of industries—from life-saving gene therapies and injectable medicines to airplane engines and microelectronics.
Your Responsibilities in This Role:

Deliver company-mandated training programs, including annual compliance courses.

Lead recruitment initiatives for exempt and non-exempt positions, as well as internships, co-op placements, and temporary staff.

Contribute to long-term planning and implementation of the Collective Bargaining Agreement; support and train managers on labor relations matters.

Serve as a key advisor to employees and leadership on policy changes and company practices.

Maintain and update labor relations programs in accordance with corporate guidelines.

Review and revise job descriptions as needed, ensuring alignment with union agreements and company goals.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with a focus on labor relations.

Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and trust across all levels of an organization.
Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in HR or Labor/Industrial Relations.

Previous experience administering Collective Bargaining Agreements.
Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary range: $85,000 – $105,000 (final offer may vary based on experience and skills).
