Your Responsibilities in This Role:

  • Deliver company-mandated training programs, including annual compliance courses.

  • Lead recruitment initiatives for exempt and non-exempt positions, as well as internships, co-op placements, and temporary staff.

  • Contribute to long-term planning and implementation of the Collective Bargaining Agreement; support and train managers on labor relations matters.

  • Serve as a key advisor to employees and leadership on policy changes and company practices.

  • Maintain and update labor relations programs in accordance with corporate guidelines.

  • Review and revise job descriptions as needed, ensuring alignment with union agreements and company goals.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with a focus on labor relations.

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and trust across all levels of an organization.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in HR or Labor/Industrial Relations.

  • Previous experience administering Collective Bargaining Agreements.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary range: $85,000 – $105,000 (final offer may vary based on experience and skills).
