Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to design and implement impactful HR initiatives that elevate the employee experience within the plant environment.
Play an active role on the site’s senior leadership team, contributing to the long-term strategic planning and operational direction of the plant.
Cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace that reflects Home Chef’s culture and values, with a focus on engagement and employee retention.
Provide ongoing coaching, support, and feedback to team members, helping them realize their full potential.
Utilize HR metrics and data analysis to identify trends, diagnose workplace challenges, and propose effective solutions.
Drive operational efficiency within HR processes to maximize impact, enabling the team to focus on long-term business priorities.
Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and business acumen to effectively mentor and influence mid-level managers and staff.
Collaborate with leadership on organizational design, succession planning, and strategies to retain and grow top talent.
Ensure compliance with company policies and all relevant labor laws and regulations while balancing the needs of the business and employees.
Lead and support the HR team at the plant, fostering a culture of collaboration, development, and accountability.

This position requires approximately 10% travel.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or production setting; experience in a fast-paced startup or growth environment is a plus.
At least 2 years of experience in leading and mentoring HR professionals.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Solid understanding of employment laws, HR policies, and industry best practices.
Skilled in coaching, change management, organizational development, and facilitating discussions across all levels.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-changing, high-growth environment with competing priorities.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills; able to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools.
A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
