What You’ll Do:
Compensation Strategy & Operations
-
Lead annual compensation cycles including merit increases, bonuses, and promotions.

Conduct market benchmarking and internal equity reviews to ensure competitiveness and compliance.

Advise HR business partners and leaders on compensation decisions, including offers and organizational changes.
Executive Compensation
-
Support the design and execution of executive compensation plans (base, STI, LTI, perquisites).

Prepare materials for executive leadership, Compensation Committee meetings, and proxy/CD&A disclosures.

Assist in preparing for shareholder meetings and stock plan proposals.

Model pay-for-performance scenarios and monitor governance trends.
Equity & Stock Plan Administration

Oversee daily operations of stock-based compensation programs including RSAs, PSAs, and options.

Partner with internal teams (HR, payroll, finance, legal) and external vendors (e.g., stock plan administrators).

Ensure accuracy in grant tracking, regulatory compliance, and employee education.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure compensation strategies align with business goals.
What You’ll Bring:
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field.

7+ years of compensation experience within a publicly traded company.

In-depth knowledge of SEC regulations, proxy statements, and executive compensation governance.

Familiarity with stock administration platforms (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity, Computershare) and HRIS systems.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Preferred:

Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in HR/Finance).

Experience in executive compensation within a Fortune 500 company.

Understanding of international compensation regulations and structures.

Strong project management skills and cross-functional leadership experience.
