About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic and friendly Sales Assistant to join our successful team. This is a great opportunity to get involved in a fast-paced retail environment, gain experience, and help us spread joy through memorable shopping experiences.

Main Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service that helps celebrate special life moments
Process sales quickly and accurately, upselling till-point products when appropriate
Stock merchandising and pricing according to company guidelines
Assist with unloading deliveries and stock room organisation
Support with stock takes, sometimes outside standard hours
Work flexibly as part of a friendly and supportive team
