The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Customer Operations Assistant to become the first point of contact for our customers via phone, email, and live chat. You’ll be the voice of our brand—solving problems, answering questions, and delivering experiences that people remember for the right reasons.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver world-class customer service across phone, email, and live chat

Manage bookings and update customer records accurately

Build our reputation through positive experiences, reviews, and referrals

Collaborate with the team to provide a seamless customer journey

Act on customer feedback to improve service

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge

Contribute to performance goals around response time, satisfaction, and accuracy
What We’re Looking For

1+ year of customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for getting things right

Reliable, empathetic, and proactive in problem-solving

Able to juggle tasks, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
