Are you friendly, enthusiastic, and ready for a varied role in a fast-paced, people-first environment? We’re looking for a Service and Sales Assistant to join our state-of-the-art student accommodation team in the heart of Falmouth.
This is more than just a front-desk role—you’ll be the go-to person for students and visitors, helping with everything from answering queries to planning fun and inclusive resident events.
Key Responsibilities

Provide a welcoming, helpful presence for all residents and visitors

Respond to queries, complaints, and incidents (e.g., power outages, fire alarms) with empathy and efficiency

Support sales and marketing efforts to ensure full occupancy

Keep student databases up to date and accurate

Plan and promote community events to build a vibrant student culture

Follow all operational policies and contribute to resident wellbeing

Maintain health & safety practices as per Section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974
What We’re Looking For

Friendly, proactive communicator who enjoys helping others

Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills

Ability to stay calm and professional in emergencies or high-pressure situations

A team player who enjoys building relationships

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Cultural awareness and ability to work with a diverse student base

Carbon Literacy qualification (preferred) or willingness to train
