This role is with 1 Oak Limited, a licensed franchisee of Starbucks Coffee, and offers a unique opportunity to manage a high-profile Drive Thru store with autonomy and support.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a Starbucks Store Manager, you’ll wear many hats:
Coach & Leader – Motivate, train, and develop your team to be their best
Business Manager – Drive store performance, manage financials, and optimize operations
Brand Ambassador – Represent Starbucks’ mission and values in your community
Problem Solver – Navigate challenges with resilience, creativity, and accountability
Community Connector – Build strong relationships with your customers and local area
You Will Need

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Store Manager or equivalent leadership role

Background in branded coffee, quick service restaurant (QSR), or similar hospitality environments preferred

Proven success in team development, KPI delivery, and customer satisfaction

Strong people management, financial acumen, and communication skills

Previous Starbucks management experience is a plus
