What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales lifecycle, including designing sales strategy and go-to-market (GTM) plans for the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Retail sectors

  • Develop a robust portfolio of technology and business advisory projects within the mid-market space (companies with $1–5 billion in revenue)

  • Forge deep partnerships with internal delivery teams and local market leadership to ensure seamless execution

  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline by cultivating new client relationships and expanding existing accounts, including securing new Master Service Agreements (MSAs)

  • Focus on proactive outreach and relationship-building to consistently drive results

  • Create and share sales materials and client-facing collateral

  • Lead deal negotiations and manage opportunities throughout the pipeline

  • Actively engage in the Greater New York business community by hosting and participating in events and campaigns

  • Collaborate with alliance partners such as AWS, Google, Salesforce, and Databricks

  • Serve as the main point of contact for senior executives at key client accounts

  • Analyze competitive positioning to craft compelling win themes

  • Understand client challenges and needs, offering tailored, value-driven solutions that fuel business success


What You Bring

  • 8+ years of proven experience in business development and account management within the CPG industry

  • Demonstrated success selling consulting-based, team-driven solutions

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and authentically

  • Highly organized with exceptional prioritization and negotiation skills

  • Skilled at developing executive-level relationships and influencing key decision-makers

  • Strong leadership capabilities and a talent for uniting cross-functional teams toward shared objectives

  • A deep enthusiasm for sales, technology, and enabling business transformation
