Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth in both new and existing markets.

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective clients to expand the customer base.

  • Stay current with industry trends and market developments.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of contemporary market demands and consumer preferences.

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.

  • Collaborate closely with design, production, and sourcing teams to negotiate optimal costs and deliver high-value solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven success in sales, preferably within the fashion industry.

  • Demonstrated experience in business development and sales across ladieswear, menswear, and sleepwear (experience in children’s wear is advantageous but not required).

  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive, combined with strong process management and sales leadership capabilities.

  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and customer service skills.

  • Extensive industry network and a high degree of business insight.

  • Established or recent relationships with major retail partners.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
