What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Representative specializing in surgical technologies, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and consistently exceeding annual sales targets across key specialties—including minimally invasive surgical video systems, OR integration solutions, and endoscopic instruments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and nurturing relationships with physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators within advanced clinical environments.

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to grow market share.

  • Conducting compelling presentations of product features and clinical benefits to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

  • Staying up to date on competitive products and evolving industry trends, sharing insights with internal teams.

  • Handling and transporting medical equipment (ranging from 1 to 35 lbs) as needed.

  • Spending a minimum of 30 hours per week conducting in-person visits to a geographically distributed customer base in clinical settings.


What You’ll Need

  • Experience: 2–4 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience; prior experience in medical device sales is highly preferred.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales background.

  • Skills: Proven success in strategic territory management, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build trust with healthcare stakeholders. Must effectively convey the value of KARL STORZ solutions in alignment with improved clinical outcomes.

  • Travel: Regular travel to local customer sites (30+ hours/week) with occasional domestic travel (up to 10%).

  • Other Requirements:

    • Valid driver’s license.

    • Commitment to safety and adherence to all quality standards (this is a safety-sensitive role).
