Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients through daily cold calling, in-person visits (25–30 daily door pulls), and social media outreach.

  • Build and manage a pipeline of leads within your assigned territory and schedule meetings with decision-makers to present our products and services.

  • Create strong first impressions and foster long-term relationships through consistent engagement and communication.

  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance goals related to calls, appointments, presentations, and closed deals.

  • Partner with internal teams, including account managers and revenue operations, to achieve individual and company objectives.

  • Record and manage all sales activities in Salesforce (CRM) for tracking and follow-up.


Qualifications

  • 4+ years of successful outside sales experience, preferably selling financial or marketing services to businesses.

  • Strong background in cold calling and territory-based sales planning.

  • Proven “hunter” mentality with the drive to generate new business in a remote, field-based environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with the confidence to lead discussions around financial products and services.

  • High level of financial acumen and ability to articulate value in fee and ROI-based conversations.

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Salesforce (or similar CRM).

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
