Key Responsibilities

Establish and meet new business production goals.

Leverage our sales tools and CRM (Salesforce.com) to identify, target, and build a strong pipeline of prospects.

Cultivate leads and maintain consistent follow-up to convert opportunities into new business.

Collaborate with local and national teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

Attend community events, network strategically, and engage in activities that drive lead generation and sales.

Stay compliant with licensing requirements and participate in ongoing training to keep up with industry developments and evolving coverage options.

Travel as needed to support client meetings and business development efforts.

Compensation: Base salary between $85,000 and $120,000, with unlimited commission potential and performance-based incentives.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
