As a Trainee IT Support Assistant, you’ll be based at our Head Office in Central Milton Keynes, supporting over 1,800 users across MacIntyre.
What You’ll Be Doing
Working alongside our friendly IT team, you’ll get involved in:

Resolving login and access issues

Supporting Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)

Managing user accounts, passwords, and permissions
-
Troubleshooting internet, Wi-Fi, and device issues
-
Installing and maintaining laptops, printers, routers, etc.

Assisting with IT setups for new sites and relocations
-
Supporting data protection, security protocols, and compliance
-
Working cross-functionally with teams like Finance and Health & Safety
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need a technical degree—just the right mindset. We’d love to hear from you if you have:

A genuine interest in IT and learning new skills
-
A degree or experience in a customer service or tech-savvy role (e.g. call centre, retail)

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (especially Teams, Word, Excel)
-
Good problem-solving and communication skills
-
A calm, friendly approach—especially with non-technical users
-
Knowledge of basic IT concepts (user accounts, connectivity, security)
-
A driving licence (preferred but not essential)
