Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership

Oversee and lead the full lifecycle of a global Workday uplift program, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and schedules, including coordination of all program meetings and milestones.

Lead the PMO team in collaboration with Product Managers and consulting Project Managers to drive consistent execution across all streams.

Serve as the primary point of coordination between internal stakeholders and consulting partners, tracking dependencies, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Project & Workstream Management

Utilize PMP methodology to ensure the project adheres to best practices and structured execution frameworks.

Oversee multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring they are synchronized and progressing toward shared goals.

Effectively manage scope to ensure deliverables remain on time and within budget, while minimizing scope creep and change orders with external vendors.
Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement

Build and sustain strong relationships with executive sponsors, cross-functional teams, and third-party vendors.

Foster alignment across internal and external teams to ensure clarity, engagement, and program success.
Risk & Quality Management

Identify and assess potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement proactive solutions.

Monitor quality standards across all phases of the project, conducting regular assessments to ensure high-caliber results.
Resource Planning & Reporting

Optimize the allocation of internal and external resources to meet key project milestones.

Produce and maintain all program documentation including detailed project plans, status reports, deliverables, and decision logs.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
-
8+ years of program management experience, preferably with cross-functional SaaS or HRIS implementations.

Proven success managing Workday or similar HR systems.

Strong background in vendor management, ensuring external partners align with internal PMO structures and program goals.

Experience working in global, matrixed environments with cross-cultural teams.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and present complex information clearly.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive mindset in addressing challenges.

Deep knowledge of PMP principles, with a strong track record in documentation, governance, and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP Certification (Project Management Professional)

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Information Systems, HR Technology)
