As a Product Manager in the Customer Experience team, you will own a core area within our ecosystem and play a vital role in creating localized, personalized experiences for our diverse global fan base spanning 60+ regions and 30 languages. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and operations to deliver a best-in-class experience.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead a distinct product area within the Customer Experience space, owning strategy and execution.

  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, copywriters, and data scientists to build cohesive and impactful solutions.

  • Inspire team-wide ideation and foster a collaborative environment rooted in customer-first thinking.

  • Develop a balanced product roadmap that addresses immediate opportunities and long-term strategic goals.

  • Use frameworks to prioritize initiatives based on business value, effort, and complexity.

  • Leverage hypothesis-driven experimentation (e.g., multivariate testing) to inform product decisions.

  • Analyze user behavior and data to support sound product recommendations and insights.

  • Gain a deep understanding of the product’s architecture, codebase, and underlying technologies.


What You Bring

  • 3+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing web or native mobile products.

  • Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to inform and support product decisions.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to diverse, non-technical stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field, Economics, Psychology, or a closely related discipline.
