ITC Technician – Join Our School Support Team
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for helping others? We are looking for a dedicated ITC Technician to provide hands-on IT support within our school environment. You will be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues, maintaining systems, and ensuring our IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver prompt and effective IT support to staff and users

Manage and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner

Troubleshoot software issues across platforms, including Windows and school MIS systems

Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software

Communicate clearly with non-technical users to diagnose and resolve technical issues

Document support tasks and system configurations using Remedy or similar ticketing tools

Work collaboratively with IT colleagues to enhance service delivery

Perform regular system checks, updates, and maintenance on office equipment
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in IT support or technical support roles

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot software-related issues

Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced school environment

Experience working in an educational setting is preferred
