Job Summary
We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Administrator to join our team at Alliance Medical. This part-time role is ideal for individuals with strong organisational and communication skills, preferably with prior experience in a healthcare environment.
As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. If you’re passionate about delivering excellent service and working in a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

Main Duties of the Role

Greet and assist patients attending our services

Make and manage telephone bookings

Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and patient data

Provide high-quality administrative support to the wider team

Deliver excellent customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone

Use Microsoft Office and internal systems to support day-to-day tasks

Work collaboratively with clinical and non-clinical staff
Required Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:

Experience in a healthcare or patient-facing environment (preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
