We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Helpdesk Engineer to join a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) team based in Bristol. In this hands-on role, you’ll be supporting a wide range of clients with their day-to-day IT issues, helping to keep systems running smoothly and users supported.

This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, a genuine passion for technology, and experience working in dynamic, service-led environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver first and second-line IT support via phone, remote tools, and in person.

  • Resolve issues across Windows and macOS, Microsoft 365, VoIP, Windows Server, and network infrastructure.

  • Log and manage tickets, ensuring SLAs are consistently met.

  • Support basic cybersecurity best practices and respond to related incidents.

  • Communicate clearly with clients to guide them through technical issues.

  • Continuously develop your skills through training and industry updates.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 1 year of IT support/helpdesk experience (required).

  • Experience working within an MSP environment (preferred but not essential).

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, VoIP, and networking fundamentals (VPNs, Wi-Fi, firewalls).

  • Ability to support and troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Awareness of cybersecurity and data protection principles.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to relocate to Whitchurch, BS14.

  • Must have right to work in the UK.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in:

    • IT support/helpdesk

    • Microsoft Office/M365
