We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Helpdesk Engineer to join a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) team based in Bristol. In this hands-on role, you’ll be supporting a wide range of clients with their day-to-day IT issues, helping to keep systems running smoothly and users supported.
This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, a genuine passion for technology, and experience working in dynamic, service-led environments.
What You’ll Do

Deliver first and second-line IT support via phone, remote tools, and in person.

Resolve issues across Windows and macOS, Microsoft 365, VoIP, Windows Server, and network infrastructure.

Log and manage tickets, ensuring SLAs are consistently met.

Support basic cybersecurity best practices and respond to related incidents.

Communicate clearly with clients to guide them through technical issues.

Continuously develop your skills through training and industry updates.
What You’ll Bring

Minimum 1 year of IT support/helpdesk experience (required).

Experience working within an MSP environment (preferred but not essential).

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, VoIP, and networking fundamentals (VPNs, Wi-Fi, firewalls).

Ability to support and troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Awareness of cybersecurity and data protection principles.
