Your Role: Production Engineer
You’ll play a vital part in making our production facility smarter, more sustainable, and more cost-effective. You’ll lead innovation on the ground, ensuring high-performance delivery in line with Bosch values and standards.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives for quality, cost, and delivery

Implement and maintain Bosch Production System (BPS) principles across the shop floor

Launch new products and manufacturing processes in collaboration with the international Bosch Production Network (IPN)

Drive sustainable and efficient production changes

Analyse and reduce failure costs using Zero Defect techniques (PFMEA, Jidoka, Poke Yoke, Control Plans)

Promote health, safety, and environmental compliance at all times
What You’ll Need

A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a Design-related field

Passion for process optimisation, digital transformation, and production quality

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Willingness to work in a collaborative, fast-moving production environment
