Human Resources Manager – Yosemite

Job Responsibilities

• Address employee relations concerns in partnership with corporate Centers of Excellence (COEs), including responding to hotline calls, conducting investigations, recommending resolutions, guiding corrective actions, and interpreting company policies.

• Support and coordinate employee engagement activities, including developing Engagement Action Plans and leading company-wide celebrations and initiatives.

• Serve as the primary HR contact for leadership development programs such as Accelerate to Leadership and Step Up to Leadership.

• Manage HR reporting, including tracking and analyzing relevant metrics.

• Provide assistance with payroll and benefits-related inquiries as needed.

Qualifications

• PHR or SHRM certification is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Human Resources is required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.

• Experience in employee relations, including conducting investigations and recommending solutions, is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and consult with all levels of management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

• Ability to deliver training sessions and presentations as needed.

• Solid understanding of business and financial objectives is a plus.

• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement.

• Comfortable navigating situations with limited standard procedures and varied challenges.
