Job Responsibilities

Address employee relations concerns in partnership with corporate Centers of Excellence (COEs), including responding to hotline calls, conducting investigations, recommending resolutions, guiding corrective actions, and interpreting company policies.

Support and coordinate employee engagement activities, including developing Engagement Action Plans and leading company-wide celebrations and initiatives.

Serve as the primary HR contact for leadership development programs such as Accelerate to Leadership and Step Up to Leadership.

Manage HR reporting, including tracking and analyzing relevant metrics.

Provide assistance with payroll and benefits-related inquiries as needed.
Qualifications

PHR or SHRM certification is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.

3–5 years of professional experience in Human Resources is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.

Experience in employee relations, including conducting investigations and recommending solutions, is essential.

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and consult with all levels of management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

Ability to deliver training sessions and presentations as needed.

Solid understanding of business and financial objectives is a plus.

Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
