Responsibilities:

  • Apply your established human resources expertise to analyze and support business units in all matters related to human capital strategy, workforce needs, and talent optimization.

  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of all applicable company policies, procedures, and employment laws to ensure full compliance across HR operations.

  • Provide support to senior leadership in overseeing payroll functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant federal and state regulations.

  • Partner with departmental managers to assess staffing needs, address workforce planning challenges, and implement solutions that align with business goals.

  • Serve as a key advisor on personnel matters by preparing and processing documentation for new hires, promotions, merit increases, and terminations in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process in coordination with the HR team—including drafting and editing job postings, managing advertising placements, negotiating vendor agreements, cultivating recruiting partnerships, extending job offers, and supporting employee onboarding efforts.

  • Contribute to the enhancement and implementation of Human Capital Management System (HCMS) initiatives to align workforce practices with the organization’s broader strategic goals.

  • Collaborate with group and departmental leadership to ensure that internal policies, procedures, and practices are in compliance with legal standards and organizational objectives.

  • Offer expert guidance and recommendations in core HR areas, including talent acquisition and retention strategies, performance and career development planning, workforce succession planning, and organizational change management.


Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

  • Demonstrated success as a proven HR leader, with a strong background in developing and mentoring employees to enhance individual and organizational performance.

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Human Resources Manager or Generalist role, with a comprehensive understanding of HR operations and best practices.

  • Strong record of achieving measurable results, supported by excellent leadership capabilities, sound technical acumen, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • PHR or SPHR certification is strongly preferred, indicating a mastery of professional HR principles and practices.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, maintaining focus and delivering outcomes under tight deadlines.

  • Familiarity with or direct experience in managing workplace safety programs, including compliance and training initiatives.
