Key Responsibilities

Identify new revenue opportunities and coordinate with business units to pursue and capture them

Partner with Business Development Managers to organize strategic account teams that focus on retaining and growing client relationships

Support all customer-facing roles in building strong mid-level customer relationships by promoting regular communication and business reviews, turning clients into loyal advocates

Actively engage team members in solution development and set clear, consistent expectations

Identify and nurture high-potential team members by creating personalized development plans to support future business needs

Monitor market trends and anticipate shifts to strategically align internal resources
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in sales and marketing

5–7 years of relevant experience in sales, consumer packaged goods, or food brokerage
-
3–5 years of proven experience managing P&L, overseeing budgeting/forecasting, and handling client expectations directly or through a team
-
1–3 years of experience managing direct reports
